If you’re interested in learning how to become a hypnotherapist but can’t afford the time involved;  Jean has devised condensed courses which can be organised to the times you have available.  It still requires ten sessions and the costs are the same but payment can be arranged on a pay as you go if necessary. The next full length course starts on the Weekend of the 3/4th  September.  This could be the beginning of a new career and the independence of being your own boss.  Of all those who have graduated from Belmont Hypnotherapy Centre’s  Course during the past 15 years, 75% are still in practice and doing well and in addition to a comfortable living they have the immense satisfaction of having helped hundreds of sufferers to overcome their problems.

Just a thought

If you suffer with cold hands even when wearing gloves in winter.

Get some surgical gloves, put them on inside your ordinary gloves. ??They retain the body heat. You’ll never have it so warm.

Dip Your Toes in The Water – and its free

The  first CD of the Agoraphobia course is available it will be free to the first five applicants.  Send me your email address and I will tell you how to get that free CD.  there are no conditions, I just need a few boxes to be ticked in order for me to judge that this course is suitable for your condition.

And if you suffer  with insomnia;  there is a CD in preparation. Ready in the next week or two.  All our CDs are based on techniques we have used in one-to-one therapies over the past 25 years.

It ’s  a good idea to have some denture tablets at home; they are excellent for removing tea or coffee stains from cups or jugs or teapots. No- I don’t have dentures but I do have the tablets,  like my tea and coffee very strong and they do stain the crockery.

Things To Come

For the Attention of those who suffer with Agoraphobia.

I am at present working on a three week course of therapy for those suffering with Agoraphobia.  It will be presented on three CDs.

One to be used each week over three weeks.

It will be of interest to those who are seriously desirous of helping themselves to overcome this condition. I will be posting further information during the next week or two. 

 There are many forms of agoraphobia and many levels of disability; the course I am developing is aimed specifically for those most seriously affected – the “Can’t go out of my house door” people. In 25 years of one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions I always felt that these were the people most in need of help.

If you have children and they have head lice you can avoid that nasty smelly stuff that is usually recommended. Before they go to bed  massage  their hair and scalp with a generous amount of Mayonaise, put on a shower cap and off to bed.  Shampoo in the morning and comb out all the dead lice and nits.  Just to be on the safe side repeat after seven days.

 If you frequently spend £2/3  on descaler for  your kettle, try this; for less than £1 you can buy a pint of White vinegar; for a flat element  put in a couple of tablespoons of  the vinegar and leave it for 15/20 minutes -scale gone. For heavy scale or the coil type element,  double the amount and add some water and boil it.

We have many new and exicting things on the horizon including providing Digital Download Versions of our Publications.
Many people have expressed a desire for our publications to be made available on-line and we are in the process of creating these products. These things take time, however we are well advanced with the process and hope to have the products ready for distribution soon.
